Have had a tough coupe of week training.
This week was like this:
Monday - 21k tempo run
Tuesday - swim 2k, cycle 100k
Wednesday - run 10k fast
Thursday (planned) - 1 hour spin, 30 mins lifting
Friday - rest
Saturday/Sunday - 2 to 3 hour bike.
I need to add in some extra swims but I just dont have the time right now!
Only a few weeks until my first race of the year - Bala Middle Disntance (Half Ironman).
Im slowly getting used to having constant sore legs again! great stuff.
