Its swimming this evening! My swim coach has just sent me the workout!
200m free warm up
8 * 50m technique
100m, 200m, 400m, 400m, 200m, 100m all with a short rest between (30sec)
4 * 100 tempo
8 * 50 speed (25 easy 25 100%)
8 * 25 speed
100m warm down.
I hope to survive and tell you how it felt!!!
