23rd of May 2012 - back on it!

Its been a very long time since my last post and my year so far has been filled with frustrating lack of time and injuries. I did Ironman Lanzarote last weekend in a time of 12:27 and loved it. I am now back on the wagon and have decided to spend this coming 12 months doing strength and speed work and then in 2013 I hope to hammer some serious long distance fitness and do either Norseman or Celtman...still deciding.
When I get some pics from Lanzarote I'll update the blog and make it slightly more interesting!
Most of my injuries are the results of poor core strength and thats what I'm going to work on. Less injuries will mean a much better training platform.
