I want to keep a record of how my training is going and how I feel so that I can look back and see where I came from to get to where I am. I hope that when I start to get fit, it may be helpful for others in my starting position to see it can be done.

Up early and onto a 100k ride. 4 big hills today, they were quite big and steep! Legs felt tired but kept going. When we got back we put our wet suits on and did 30 minute swim. Will do longer next time. It's very hot, very little wind... There are just lots of mountains!!
