I want to keep a record of how my training is going and how I feel so that I can look back and see where I came from to get to where I am. I hope that when I start to get fit, it may be helpful for others in my starting position to see it can be done.

Day 25 - 15th of april 2009
Cycled to work this morning. Felt strong even though legs were sore. Kept good pace. Also cycled home but it was a nasty head wind so it was pretty unpleasnt to be honest. Not the best rest day day but hey ho, thats how it goes I guess.
